At Pet Parlor our sole focus is to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied.
We understand that on occasion things might not go to plan, so our team at Pet Parlor is here to make things better!
In these instances, we offer a full refund under the following conditions:
- You contact us and return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us.
- The products are returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all instruction/owner manuals, warranty card and any other accessories, remote control and/or power cords that came with the product.
- A full refund, not including shipping costs, will be issued to you. It will be processed by us within 48hrs of receiving the returned goods.
Please note that Pet Parlor reserves the right to:
- Assess the product upon return prior to carrying out refund or exchange; and/or
- Refer the product to the manufacturer of the goods for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to a refund or exchange;
We do not offer a credit/ refund for a change of mind and a return will not be issued unless you speak to a Pet Parlor team member first.

When returning your product, please pack it securely to protect it from any damage during shipping to ensure it is delivered to us in an acceptable condition. If your product is damaged, please include photo’s when you contact a member of our team.
